It was kind of funky, but I did enjoy spending my days at the beach while most other folks were at work.

As excited as I am about the mittens, they may make more of a splace if you wait until the end of summer to release the pattern. It would be a shame if they were lost among the shawlettes and cotton tanks of summer.Sayschnicklefritzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06909516347700480826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3894179663818815705.post-52985793163249618182010-03-14T11:50:06.017-07:002010-03-14T11:50:06.017-07:00The black and white is excellent. Can't wait to see the entire thing, if the swatches look that good.

If indeed I classify as a northeasterner, then I would have to agree that the weather is better. Can't wait to see Go Dutch. I just bought these boots and I immediately thought of you when I got them in the mail today.
They're Palladium baggy canvas boots. I got mine on ebay in a discontinued color (burgundy) but they have them in a mustard color...

http://www.palladiumboots.com/cgi-bin/palladium/store/product_detail.html?mv_arg=x&pid=92353:280

by the way I love your work.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3894179663818815705.post-61839988124112186022010-03-09T19:41:10.501-08:002010-03-09T19:41:10.501-08:00Well here in San Francisco, summer is the coldest ...Well here in San Francisco, summer is the coldest of times so a mitten pattern would be most welcome.

Yay for bread btw!Silviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14629832910418275943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3894179663818815705.post-22621076541133216072010-03-09T12:06:17.917-08:002010-03-09T12:06:17.917-08:00Wow, I can't believe you finished Go Dutch so ...Wow, I can't believe you finished Go Dutch so quickly! I can't wait to see it. I think people are still in the mitten mood, and the added Olympic excitement will also help, but I am also just impatient to see it :) I am jealous of your day knitting, but not so much of the overnight shifts, although I imagine it might be quite peaceful to be baking bread in the middle of the night? I would definitely be blasting the tunes and holding a dance party.WhitMchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05941593118951192249noreply@blogger.com
