I've been waiting to show photos of this sweater since MAY!!! It is now up for public consumption in the Fall issue of Knitty. I feel particularly special because I think this issue of Knitty is AWESOME!

Hi, this is Hannah's friend Jenny- I wanted to say I think your pattern is very pretty, in fact possibly the nicest sweater of the entire issue.

:-) Congratulations on getting it published!

Congrats on Neiman. It's fab, I love an asymmetrical motif and that neckline is so fresh (yet classic). Do you think I could sub Calmer for the Wool Cotton?

I love this! It's very rare when I don't want to change anything about a design - and yours is definitely one of those. Really lovely work.

Congratulations! The sweater is gloriously beautiful, I love the shape of the neckline, the length of the sleeves, and of course the pattern in the yoke.

I am just in love with this sweater. I've never knit a garment before but when I saw the preview I went searching for Rowan Wool Cotton :)

Hi, I love this sweater but I hate knitting cotton blends at a tight gauge. I hope this isn't a stupid question but could I just knit it at the recommended gauge or is there a reason why it would look rubbish?

Thanks for the comments, everyone! To answer your question, Mooncalf, there is absolutely no reason you can't substitute a wool yarn and achieve the same effect, as long as it's got a rather tight twist and matte sheen.
