For my 33rd birthday, I sent my book to the printer for proof copies at 10:30 pm!

Then Chris made me birthday cookies with a lit match in place of a candle.


I visited my family in Michigan this past weekend, and we celebrated with this cake (Dud's 60th birthday, Mom's 60th birthday, my 33rd birthday, the upcoming book, all Lil Sis's success):


And I started a business, officially.


To top it all off, I still fit into my junior high graduation dress from 1989.


Isn't it cool that my digital camera managed to take this old-timey film mistake photo?
